We want you to love Embra. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery — even if you have opened and tried the product.

How to request a refund

Email support@tryembra.com with your order number and reason. We will reply with return instructions.

Returns & shipping costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Please use a trackable method; we cannot guarantee we will receive un-tracked returns.

Refunds

Once your request is approved (and any return received), we will refund the product price to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@tryembra.com within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.
