Eligibility & orders

You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order and will refund payment if we do.

Products, pricing & payment

Prices are shown in USD and may change. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content are error-free; we may correct errors and cancel affected orders. Payment is due at checkout.

Embra products are foods/beverages and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Acceptable use & intellectual property

You agree not to misuse the Store or infringe our rights. All Store content, branding, and the Embra name are owned by Netplay Style LLC or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Store and products are provided as is to the fullest extent permitted by law. Netplay Style LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
